Instructions
  1. Place the chicken breast, spices, onion, garlic, and egg into a blender.
  2. Blend the mix until a paste is formed.
  3. Grate the zucchini and carrot.
  4. Combine the chicken and veg into a mixing bowl.
  5. Shape the fritters. Make flat, round shapes and fry them in olive or coconut oil at medium heat.
  6. Grate the cucumber and add it to the fat-free yoghurt. Grind some black pepper into the mix.
  7. Top the fritters with the yoghurt mix and then with chopped spring onion. Top the fritters and enjoy!
