Spicy Moroccan Mince
Delicious spicy Moroccan mince
  1. Heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat and add the onion. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the garlic flakes and beef mince. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the mushrooms, yellow peper and eggplant.
  4. Turn up the heat up slightly and cook until the veg is soft and the mince is brown.
  5. Add the tin of tomatoes and beef stock along with all the spices and cook for 15 minutes.
